Font-Family


There are usually 5-font groups

  • Serif
  • Sans-Serif
  • Monospace
  • Cursive
  • Fantasy

Serif

Font Families have serif and curls of top and bottom of characters. Such as Times New Roman.

Sans-Serif

Font Families which do not have serif and curls on the top and bottom of characters. Such as Arial.

Monospace

Font Families which have the same width of all the characters. Such as CourierĀ  New.

Cursive Font

families that imitate handwriting, Such as Mistral.

Fantasy

Font families that are decorative and used in titles, Such as Impact.
